brace

A simple fix to a global shortage of N95 masks.

Access to PPE was a huge problem at the start of 2020. In developing countries, N95 masks were not simply unavailable, but also hugely unaffordable. A regular surgical mask has the same particle efficiency filtration as an N95, the only difference is that surgical masks do not seal tightly to the face. I worked alongside the two founders of Fix the Mask to tackle the mask shortage by providing a solution to make masks fit better.
